I don't know about you but I've got a serious case of the blues. No it's not because the weather is rubbish - although that is slightly annoying - the real reason i'm so low is that I'm missing Cheryl! Yes, poor Cheryl Cole (or is it now Cheryl Tweedy?) might be busy recovering from a nasty bout of Maleria, but I desperately need her to get well soon because telly is just not the same without her! As much as I look forward to X Factor on a Saturday night, the highlight of my week is really seeing what outfit Cheryl is wearing, and what she's done to her hair, and whether or not she looks better than Danni Minogue!! So, rather than carrying on pining away on my sofa with a packet full of choccie biscuits, i've decided to cheer myself up by updating my wardrobe and giving myself the Cheryl Cole/Tweedy look - but please get well soon Cheryl, the nation needs you!

My favourite video of Cheryl's is "Fight For Your Love" - she rocks so many different looks in it, each one is stronger and sexier than the last!! My top outfit choice has to be the military inspired look - so cool, and its bang on trend for autumn. So, imagine my delight when I spotted this Rare military cardigan here at getthelabel.com?!!! I had to have it - it's got Cheryl written all over it!! For a real Cheryl look, I'll wear it on a night out with this glittery Gio Goi black vest, ClubL leather look leggings and killer Morgan heels - I'll be the star of the show!!! One of the things I love about Cheryl is that she always looks glam - she's got a real thing about short tight dresses!! Hey, and why not she looks fab in them!! I've decided to treat myself to this gorgeous Elise Ryan jersey dress for my next night out - I love the lace detailing on the back, its delicious! To really set the dress off, i'm planning on getting these Morgan silver strappy sandals - how sassy are these?!

My final outfit is going to be a casual one. I know, i know Cheryl Cole doesn't do casual really but even she has been spotted in jeans occasionally. I reckon if she saw these Voi diamante jeans she'd definately get a pair - what girl can resist a bit of bling?! Because i'm trying to be like Cheryl though, rather than pair them with a t and trainers, i'm going to wear this cute Apple Bottoms jacket, Nike pink vest, and Odeon snakeskin wedges!!! Ok, maybe its more smart casual than casual but its about as casual as Mrs Cole gets!!!

So, my wardrobe has now been Cheryl'd, hopefully she'll get better soon and return to our screens and provide me with even more wardrobe inspiration - I love her look!

Chuck Taylors, All Stars, Chuckers, Cons, everyone has a different name for them. Genius is all I can think of. For it was clearly a genius who invented the iconic shoe that we all know and love.

Well actually it was Marquis Mills Converse in 1908. He created the brand Converse as a way to supply shoes to the retailer without anyone else involved. Fitting that the rebels shoe of choice had a rebellious beginning!

To begin with, the shoes weren't too popular, but soon Chuck Taylor, the star of the Basketball world,revealed they were his favourite shoe and put his signature to the logo. His relentless promotion amongst the Basketball elite cemented the All Star, and Converse, as one of the greatest shoes of all time.

For me personally it is the versatility of the All Star which has made them a firm favourite in my shoe closet. I also found a few new favourites on getthelabel.com that are definitely worth checking out.

So, we're halfway through the festival season and i'm already beginnning to see four distinct fashion tribes appear. No matter which festival you're attending, whether it be Glastonbury or Greenfields, you're sure to fall into one of these categories. First festival fashion tribe has to be the good old Bohemian Babe's! Think Kate Moss and Sienna Miller grunging it up at Glasto or Coachella. The Bohemian Babe loves tie-dye, ruffles, florals, and denim shorts - all put together in a slightly crumpled way, as if you've just pulled the first four thigs out of your rucksack and thrown them on!! As the night descends into morning, you'll hop into your bell tent, light your incense sticks and party on until daybreak!!!

The compete opposite of the Bohemian Babe is the Rock Chic tribe!! For this look you need to channel Alexa Chung or Emma Watson, and hang out at Leeds or Reading Festival! Leather and ripped denim lead the way, with a smattering of studs and skulls - and any colour goes as long as its Black! When night falls you'll be found ripping it up in front of the main stage - hey sleepings for wimps!!!

A more recent addition to the Festival scene is the Flouro Fitbit!! Think Marina and Katy Perry channeling the 1990s rave look with a lot of wit! Layers are the way forward and any fabric goes as long as its neon bright and colour-clashing!! Slap on the flouro facepaint and get ready to party all day and all night! Sleeping? Ha, I don't know which raves you went to but I don't remember having a nap break!

Last but not least are those of us who like to think of ourselves as Glamper's! We like the idea of lazing in the sun and catching our favourite acts at V festival, but we don't have to slum it to do it!! We'll stay at the nearest five star hotel of course - hey, a girl needs her hot shower and hair straightners to survive! You'll be able to spot the happy glamper a mile of - she's the one in the floaty maxi or sequinned playsuit with flawless hair and make-up and a smattering of bling!
