As soon as your parcel has left GTL HQ, we will pop you an email over to let you know it’s on its way. This email will also tell you the tracking reference number so you can follow your new item’s journey. Please check for the ‘Courier Received’ note which will inform you of the day your delivery will arrive.
Our trusty team of couriers are early risers and late to bed, they deliver during the hours of 7am – 9pm.
Our couriers may also require you to sign for your parcel. Don’t worry if you aren’t around to take the delivery, the courier will leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour. Alternatively, if none of these options are available, a calling card will be left to confirm a more appropriate time to deliver your goodies.
Tracking your order:
You can track the journey of your order online in three simple steps:
- 1. Log in to your GTL account
- 2. Click on ‘Order Status’
- 3. Click on ‘Track your order’
Standard Delivery 3-5 working days
Your Standard delivery parcel will be delivered within 3-5 working days. If you want to pop to your neighbours for a brew and a catch up, simply give our Customer Services team a call and let them know as soon as you can, to arrange a better time for your goodies to be delivered.
Delivery days are between Monday and Saturday. There are no standard deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays. (Even the couriers need a feet up day!)
Please note certain remote parts of Scotland can experience some delivery delay on this service. On your tracking email, ‘out for delivery’ or ‘out for delivery to courier’ indicates the parcel is in transit en-route to your delivery driver and may not be delivered on that day. Once the tracker says ‘courier received’ the parcel is due for delivery on that day.

Need your order fast?
Next day delivery is *available Monday – Friday on orders placed before 7pm
*Not available Sundays and Bank holidays, or to Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.
Next working day ordered before 7pm on a Friday will be delivered on Saturday.
Next working day ordered after 7pm Friday until midday Sunday, will be delivered on a Monday.
Certain areas are not eligible for Next Day delivery; you will be informed of this when entering your delivery address after the checkout as the delivery will default to the standard service.
Our delivery chaps love their bank holidays, so anything due to be delivered on a bank holiday will arrive the following day.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please return it to us *unworn and within 21 days for a full refund or exchange.
*Please note all swimwear must have the protective sticker intact. Earrings and underwear can’t be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Simply complete the returns slip on your *delivery note, and tell us which items you are returning and the action that you would like us to take.
- Refunds: All refunds will go swiftly back on to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: Please indicate what product and size you would like by indicating the product code and size on the returns slip.
If your new exchange item is cheaper than your original purchase, we will automatically refund you the difference.
If your new exchange is more expensive than your original purchase, we recommend that you request a full refund for the original item, and then place a new order on the new item.
In the unfortunate occasion that the item you would like to exchange for is out of stock, we will automatically send you a refund.
Once your return has made its’ way back to us, please allow us 5 working days to process a refund or exchange.

We will happily refund the cost of your postage if the item you are returning is faulty or was incorrectly sent.
Please use your local postal service requesting the standard delivery, and ensure you opt for the extra compensation where possible. Make sure you keep the receipt for this as it will ensure you are covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit – Get the Label cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in the post.
Please note unworn items must be in the original packaging and must have the original tags intact. Please ensure any footwear is returned in the original packaging.
There are two options for you to return your items to us:
- Collect+: This option costs £3.49
- Post: You can take your parcel to the post office and request a tracked delivery service. Make sure that you opt for the extra compensation if the contents of your parcel exceed the value of £32 – this will ensure that you are covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit.
Unsure of your size? Simply throw one of these in to your basket and we will include a pre-printed and paid returns label in your parcel, giving you the peace of mind that if you do need to return something, you’ll be able to do so easily. If you don’t use it first time around, you can keep it for your next GTL spree!

Popping to the local shop? *Collect Plus is a convenient way to return **parcels at any one of 4,500 local stores. Most open early to late, 7 days a week.
To use the service:
- - Go to the Collect Plus website www.collectplus.co.uk/getthelabel
- - Purchase a returns label for £3.49
- - Print the label out and attach to the parcel making sure the barcode is clearly visible and that any other delivery or returns labels have been covered.
- - Take the parcel to a Collect Plus store and it will be returned back to us
- - You will receive a proof of postage and an online tracking code so that you can follow your parcels progress back to us.
Parcels can take between 3 – 5 days to be returned to us via Collect Plus.
*Collect Plus service is available only to UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight only.
**Parcels must have dimensions less than 50x30x30cm (Cabin size baggage) and must weigh less than 10kg
