About the Roscoe 9

The Roscoe 9 is Treks best all-mountain alloy hardtail, built for lap after lap of grin-inducing fun. A 140 mm FOX Rhythm 36 fork, powerful 4-piston brakes and a fast-and-grippy wheel and tyre combo deliver incredible capability whether you're nailing jumps or picking through gnarly rock gardens

The tech you get - A lightweight aluminium frame, a 140 mm FOX Rhythm fork with beefy 36 mm stanchions, a Shimano SLX/XT 1x12 drivetrain with a wide range of gears for climbing, powerful 4-piston brakes and a dropper post for room to move around on the bike on descents, corners and jumps. Plus, fast-rolling 29er wheels and wide, grippy 2.6 tyres.

- Bigger, stiffer 36 mm fork stanchions won't flex, so you can push harder with more precise, confident steering that helps you stay on your line
- The FOX fork's air spring can easily be adjusted for a specific rider weight, and it's lighter than a coil spring
- The dropper post lets you lower your saddle on the fly so it's out of the way on descents
