Lacoste upped the stakes in elegant sportswear game with the invention of the polo shirt in 1933. The Original L.12.12, featuring a collar, a button band and a new knit fabric, was born. The historic slim fit design features a fitted cut. Made from over 12 miles of thread, with an embroidered crocodile made up of 2367 stitches… a lesson in expertise.
