All Returns

You can return any unwanted items back to us within 21 days of receiving your order. You can do so via one of the following options:

  1. Use our returns partner ZigZag for a hassle free online returns process.
  2. Package up your items and return using your chosen courier label or QR Code provided ZigZag. Courier charges will vary.

UK Returns



ZigZag Returns UK Process

How to return your order:

  1. Visit our https://getthelabel.returns.international/
  2. To start the process, enter your order number and either postcode/email to bring up your order details for the step by step return process to begin.
  3. The charge to return back to Get The Label in the UK from £2.50 via the carrier option provided.
  4. Follow the steps to get your QR code via email, then simply take this and your packaged return to the selected drop off point. The QR code provided will then be scanned and a returns label will be printed for you.

Please repack the item as securely as possible. We advise not to combine multiple parcels in one return package as this can affect the return process - each return will need to be logged on the portal as individual orders.



International Returns

General Returns Policy

All swimwear must have the protective sticker intact. Earrings and underwear can’t be returned for health and hygiene reasons. All other tiems can be returned provided:

  1. the items are unworn and unwashed
  2. if footwear, the items are in the original packaging/box, unworn and show no signs of wear
  3. the items have all tags attached
  4. you take good care to avoid the transfer of make-up

Don't forget to keep your postage receipt in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.
